"If you're looking for a real country breakfast, Melissa's Country Cafe is the spot. The food tastes homemade -- fluffy eggs, perfectly crisp hash browns, and biscuits that melt in your mouth. The country fried steak with gravy was the star of the plate -- hearty, flavorful, and cooked just right. The service was friendly, the coffee stayed hot, and the atmosphere felt like home. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is worth the stop. "

"This place is THE restaurant to go to in town ESPECIALLY if you have kids! I LOVE that this place is always so bustling, busy, and loud. The kids never bother anyone and they have a whole area in the back raised up and dedicated to entertaining children. They've got toy boxes of fake kitchen tons of toys, place for the kids to sit and play and a little table. Not to mention that the food is literally some of the most delectable breakfast you could ask for! We haven't been for lunch yet, but I'm sure it would be no different. The waitress that we had ran that whole restaurant like it was nothing and everyone is so kind and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough.!!"
